Happy Halloween!
I know it's only October 1st, but for most horror fans, Halloween is a month long celebration. For me though, everyday is Halloween 24/7; however, lets give props to those who want to revel in the spooky season.
If you peruse the Youtube space you will find dozens of channels celebrating with '31' movies for the month, or best of lists for spooky films to watch. It's a great way to find what your favourite is, or simply learn about a new movie you haven't been made aware of yet.
We here at HMS love Halloween for many reasons. Our website was launched on October 31st more than a decade ago, so we're coming up to our twelfth year as a brand. It's so exciting to watch this website and now Youtube channel grow and grow.
I will point out a few things to watch for this month. Our horror podcast will finally launch, with yours truly along with co-host Jason Deaville. We are extremely excited to launch Monsters Metal Rockers later this month. In addition to the podcast, Dark Spaces will launch a brand new character with a creepy pasta vibe running through as a central theme. We will be posting fiction and longer videos for Youtube, so check back for further details.
Again, the spooky season is upon us and the smell of evil is in the air. Which reminds me, I smell the rotting stench of Dead Meat nearby. I need to wander through the cemetery and find out what he is up to. No doubt he's inching to bust out of his grave to celebrate the spooky season as well.
